Before purchasing the dli form it is advisable you know the required documents so that you will not be disqualify after the whole effort you have put in,because a lot of people bought the form filled and during the screening they where disqualified,so it very essential you know and have those document handy,below are the following documents you should have handy;
- Waec/Neco/Gce certificate it is very important you have the original,except for those of you that just wrote the exam of recent,you can come with the online waec printout, know that your waec must consist of. 5credits inclusive of maths and english,two sittings is also allowed.
- Birth certificate/sworn affidavit this is also very important it will be presented during the screening after you have gained the admission.
- Secondary/primary school testimonial you should have either you sec/pri school testimonial handy because it will also be required.
- Marriage certificate/news paper advert this is only required for those that are married especially women that will be using their married name,but if you won’t fill in married in your form,there is absolutely no need for the certificate.
Note: if you don’t have any of this document try and get them,but if yours is stolen, or burnt please give us a call we would let you know the necessary steps to take so as to get your documents back.
Also take note that all your document must be uniformed that is the same information on your O level must be the same as your birth certificate as well as your school testimonial.
