There can be several reasons why a person may not have is first degree certificate, it can be that the certificate is not yet ready,or maybe they misplace it,but whatever reason you have that makes you not to have your certificate handy, I just want to let you know that you can still apply without your B.S.c certificate, on the advert for the sales of form on Unilag official website,you are advise to upload your certificate,this is how you go about it, you have to collect the statement of result from your school,statement of result can also be used to apply for the Unilag postgraduate programme.
But know that you will be requested to bring your transcript during screening,screening usually comes up during the month of November/December, so make sure you have it sent down to the registrar during screening, that is when you have gotten the Admission letter.

If you are submitting your transcripts in person to Unilag pg school, you must make sure that it remains in a sealed format just as it was issued to you.
Note: There won’t be any need for transcript if you already have your original certificates.
