How to purchase the form
We have our stand inside Unilag where we assist student in purchasing and registering the form. All you need to come with when coming to purchase the form are;
- WAEC certificate
- Birth certificate
- Sec/Pry school Certificate
- 2 passport photograph coloured
After filling the form you will have to wait for your own day of screening which will be scheduled by the Institute.
If you stay far away you can also let us know then we would find a way to purchase the form for you on your behalf.
Last year fresh applicants paid the sum of 120,000 for the tuition fees inclusive of some text books,while you have to still purchase some.
I will advice all fresh applicants that they should have it in mind that they will be paying approximately the sum of 122,000 .
