Unilag distance learning institute called DLI is a weekend part-time programme that enables you to work and school, the application form is already out and the form is sold for 18,000 only.
A guy once called me and ask if after he rounds up his dli programme will he be able to serve, the truth is Unilag part-time student don’t go for service, they are only entitled to exemption certificate, which means they will be given an exemption letter stating due to one reason or the other they were not able to go for service.
