Unilag Diploma do no accept awaiting results, but if you must apply you can proceed with the purchase of the form,then you are not to fill the form until your Waec results are out.
The application form is sold for 25,000 while the school fees is 400,000 the school fees can be paid by instalments, the programme is been run for just one year,after which successful candidates will cross over to 200 level via direct Entry, that after the candidates might have written and pass the Jupeb exam, jupeb exam is the final exam you will have to write after the completion of the programme, the exam determines who will cross over to 200 level.
