The postgraduate programmes of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering are directed towards providing basic and applied research opportunities that lead to deeper insight into the various areas of Electrical Engineering discipline anti also attempt to provide solution
to identified local problems.

The department has many professors who have expertise in different areas the discipline. The Department is well staffed with seasoned academics in different and diverse disciplines when compared with other such departments in the sub-region.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
a. PGD, B.Sc (Hons) or equivalent in any field of Engineering other than Electrical/Electronics Computer Engineering of the University of Lagos approved University Physics, Mathematics
Science and any other, discipline with good d in Mathematics.
b. M.Sc. B.Sc. (Hons) or equivalent in Electrical/Elect Computer Engineering of the University of Lagos approved University.

PDG in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering of the University of Lagos or any other approved University with a very high GPA and a good bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. Hons).
c. M.Phil. A Bachelor’s degrees or electrical equivalent in Electrical/Electronics / Computer Engineering with a minimum of 2 Class (Upper cc PAof 3.50th Mau Ii course work.
d. Ph.D An M.PIIil. or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics Computer Engineering or A minimum GPA of 4.0 in Masters by course work.

a. PGD 12 calendar months for full-time students and 24 calendar months for part-time students.

d. Ph.D. 36 calendar months.
