Procedures to purchase Dli Form
When you come we will do the following:
(1) Generate a payment pin for you from the school website
(2) You take it to the bank inside Unilag and make payment yourself (For conveniences we can also send a staff of ours to purchase it from the bank for you or we pay online via remitta)
(3) After payment you come back to our office to register the form online, and also upload your certificates.
Documents you we required to come with for the registration are:
i. OND/HND Certificate
ii. NYSC certificate
iii. WAEC/NECO/GCE certificate

V. Secondary primary school testimonial
