Yes it is true and accurate that you can use HND and OND to get 200/300 level into the University of Lagos Part-time programme, but note that the courses must be inter-related to each other meaning if you study business administration in OND or HND level you have to put in for Business administration.
Unilag dli part time form is out and the form sells for N18,500 and can be purchase inside Unilag.
Requirement for the programme irrespective of your OND or HND are;

Candidates seeking admission must have his or her O’level which must include mathematics, English language and any other three subjects, candidates must have at least a minimum of Credit in all five subjects.
Note: Unilag DLI accepts two sittings, meaning you can combine Waec and Neco, Neco and GCE, and Neco e.t.c
Applicants must at least be 18 years of age and above in order to qualify for the programme.
Birth Certificate/Sworn Affidavit is also a compulsory documents you must posses for you to qualify for the 2019/2020 Dli application form.
